Sheryl Schaffer Gidley

Sheryl Schaffer Gidley, 77, of Cambridge Manor, passed away peacefully, on Friday, August 27, 2021.  Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Sarah Schaffer.  A graduate of Linton High School, she worked for the Verizon Company.  

She was predeceased by her husband, James H. Gidley, sister, Susan Otto, and brother Richard Schaffer.

Sheryl is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Mike) Noble, Wendy D'Agostino, and April Davarizand, brother, Van (Amy) Schaffer, sister, Sandra (Stu) Bowers, grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Alissa, Matt, Sarah, Nick and Caden, great-grandchildren, Giovanni, Mason, and Luca.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be private.
