Richard A. DiCesare

Richard A. DiCesare, 63, passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.  Born in Schenectady, NY, he graduated from Mont Pleasant High School, and continued his education in the Plumber Steamfitter Trade.  He worked at Schenectady, General Electric Company, and retired from Bechtel Propulsion Corporation in West Milton.  Richard was an avid bowler where he accomplished two 300 games.  He enjoyed golfing, was a loyal New York Yankees fan, and was a regular supporter of the Special Olympics.
Richard was the beloved son of Ernest, and Santa DiCesare, loving brother of Joseph (Victoria) DiCesare of Rotterdam, and Larry DiCesare of Glenville, uncle of, Joseph ( Jennifer) DiCesare, and Christopher (Amanda) DiCesare, and great-uncle of Andrew, Lauren and Emma DiCesare.

Funeral services and interment will be private.

Memorial contributions in Richard's name may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1255 Pleasant St., Schenectady, NY 12303.
