Julia Lipinski

Julia Lipinski (nee Kopacki), longtime resident of Schenectady, NY, passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018 after a brief illness.  Born in Schaghticoke and raised in Elnora (Clifton Park), Julia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward (Bud).  After retiring from over thirty-five years of employment at General Electric, Julia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, assisting at the former St. Mary's Church where she was a Rosarian, traveling and planting her porch boxes.

In addition to her husband, she was also predeceased by her siblings, Stanley, Frances Mutryn, Frank, Sophie Socha, Mary Chotkowski, and John.
  
Julia is survived by her daughter, Dawn, of Portsmouth NH, her brother, Florian (Janet) Kopacki, and sister, Carol (Joe) Trzeciak, all of Clifton Park, sister-in-law, Elizabeth Kopacki, brother-in-law Alex Chotkowski, and many nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be held on Monday, August 27, from 10-11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.
Interment will be private.
