Gerald Sackey

Gerald Sackey, 64, passed away from a sudden illness on Monday, January 31, 2022, in Schenectady, NY.  He was born in Bronx, NY on January 31, 1958.  He was a laborer in numerous fields, specifically, construction.  Gerald was a loved man, a great father, and a great friend to those who were blessed to know him.  He was known for his keen sense of style, and his infectious laugh, you just knew who he was if you heard him.  He was a good man and a great person to know.  

He was predeceased by his mother Dorothy Johnson, and loving daughter, Tamika Miller.

Gerald is survived by his beloved companion, Charlotte, daughters, Sherry Napoleon, Ebony Miller, Asia Miller, Jennifer (Christoper) Etheredge, and his one and only dear son Gerald Sackey, brothers and sisters, Marie, Stevie, Earl, David, Gregory, and Diane.  He was also survived by fourteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private.
