Frances Razewski Griffin passed peacefully to Heaven on April 6th, 2018 at the age of 69. She is survived by several cousins throughout the United States. She was predeceased by her loving husband Victor R. Griffin and her parents Jerome Razewski and Casimira (Skumurski) Razweski.
Frances was born on October 28, 1948 in Schenectady, New York. She was a 1966 graduate of Linton High School and a 1967 graduate of the Schenectady School for Practical Nurse and Education and Services. She was a former employee of Sunnyview Hospital and Rehabilitation Center and Conifer Park. On December 10, 1994 she married Victor R. Griffin. Fran and Vic loved traveling and spent many wonderful times together in Aruba. Their ambition was to travel to all of the places mentioned in the Beach Boys’ song Kokomo.
In accordance with Frances’ wishes her body was donated to the Albany Medical Anatomical Gift Program and a simple memorial service will be held in the future. The family wishes to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staffs at Millview of Latham, Ellis Hospital, The Community Hospice and The Baptist Health, Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the compassionate and professional attention that they extended to Frances and her family.
