Clara (Zabielski) Domblewski, 96, of Schenectady, NY, passed away at her home on Monday, December 21, 2020.
Clara was born to Bronislaw and Rozalia (Wrobel) Zabielski on July 19, 1924 in Schenectady, NY. She graduated from Mont Pleasant High School and went on to work at General Electric doing clerical work for over 30 years. Clara volunteered at Catholic Charities, was a member of The Ladies of Charity, Mont Pleasant Neighborhood Watch, and the GE Woman’s Club. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Clara was the wife of the late Anthony Domblewski. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis (Gerry) Clark of Meridale, NY; a granddaughter Jessie Anne Clark of Meridale, NY; a step-granddaughter Bethany (Kurt) Rendleman of Henderson, NY; a brother John Zabielski of Ballston Lake, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
Clara was predeceased by her husband Anthony, son Philip, and brothers Victor and Bronislaw Jr.
At the request of the family, there will be no services or calling hours due to circumstance involving Covid-19. Internment will be private, and as of yet, at an undetermined date.
