Caroline and Joe, also known as Polka Jo have traveled many miles by car and bus to enjoy various Polka events. There,  Polkajo made video tapes and put them on public access TV so he could watch her dance and celebrate with their friends.  They traveled from here to Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, and far beyond NY to enjoy their passion.
