Caroline Rose (Kopacki) Trzeciak (82) a longtime resident of Elnora, Clifton Park NY entered into eternal rest with her family by her side on February 28, 2022 at her home.
Born in Schenectady, raised in Elnora on the family farm to the late parents, Andrew and Apolonia (Filipek) Kopacki. She graduated from Shenendehowa Central School where she was employed as a Bus driver for 35 Years. After retiring, she went back as a substitute driver for an additional 18 years. Caroline enjoyed working at Shenendehowa. In addition to her total of 53 years driving a school bus, she frequently did extra work such as field trips, security for sports games, and other events. If you knew Caroline, you know she was always on the go and had a smile on her face, always mingling with people, and getting to know them. Caroline has a passion for shopping, and giving to all alike. She always had something for her family, friends, and church. She was a devoted Catholic and spent her timing giving to others in need. Caroline loved crossword puzzles, TV shows, soap operas, and Polka events. If she wasn’t watching the game shows she was talking on the phone.
Caroline enjoyed helping her husband in preparing the polish foods for Christmas. They made such food as polish kielbasa and pieroges. They celebrated their hard work with many family members and friends.
Caroline and Joe, also known as Polka Jo have traveled many miles by car and bus to enjoy various Polka events. There, Polkajo made video tapes and put them on public access TV so he could watch her dance and celebrate with their friends. They traveled from here to Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, and far beyond NY to enjoy their passion. They have touch the hearts of so many people it's hard to imagine.
Caroline is survived by her husband, Joseph Trzeciak and would have celebrated 60 years of marriage in October. Daughter, Theresa (Chris) VanPatten, son, Ken Trzeciak, Grandson, Kristopher VanPatten, Granddaughter, Felicia VanPatten, Great-Granddaughter, Khloee Rose. Great-Grandson, Joshua Jr. Brother-in-law, Alex Chotokwski. Sisters-in-law, Elizabeth (Betty) Kopacki, and Janet Kopacki. There are many of nieces and nephews that need to be acknowledged.
Caroline was preceded by Sisters, Helen Kopacki Francis Mutryn, Julia Lipinski, Sophie Socha, Mary Chotkowski. Brothers, Stanley Kopacki, Fred Kopacki, Frank Kopacki Sr., John Kopacki, and Florian Kopacki.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saratoga County Hospice or St Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
A calling will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 10-11 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor, Clifton Park followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
