Ann Lubowski, 88, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on July 20, 2024 at the St. Peter’s Hospice Inn. Born in Schenectady, NY she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Jessie Klimowicz.
Ann enjoyed traveling with her beloved husband Stan – cruises, trips to Europe, and many road trips. She loved going to the casino and playing the slot machines. But what she loved most was her family. Ann was called Babci by everyone because that was the title that she truly embodied. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, whether it be Sunday dinners, beach vacations, grandchildren’s activities, or just shopping and going out to dinner. She was blessed to be able to meet four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was generous with her love and gifts and her family was lucky to call her Mom and Babci for many years.
Beloved wife of the late Stanley Lubowski who she married on October 18, 1958 at the Church of St. Adalbert. Loving mother of Catherine (Robert) Folkl, Teresa Lubowski, and Janice (William) Ludeke, cherished grandmother of Erin (Thomas) Bridgers, Kelly (Aaron) Parysek, Christopher Ludeke, and Reena Lubowski, great-grandmother of, Taylor, Matthew, Jolie, Mari, and Hudson, loving sister of, Wanda ( the late Frank) Sardynski, and the lates, Helen (John) Lachanski, and Stanley (Arlene) Klimowicz. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
