Angel Candelario

Angel Candelario at the age of 64, passed away of a heart attack on Dec 4, 2022, at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.  He was born on July 7, 1958, in Bayamon Puerto Rico to Reynaldo Candelario and Maria Celia Agosto.  He married Carmen Melendez on March 21,1987.

He is survived by his wife Carmen Melendez and daughter Merangely Candelario.  Siblings Reynaldo Candelario JR, Rodolfo Candelario, José L. Candelario, Mayra Candelario, Deliris Candelario, and Benjamin Candelario. 

 He was a loving husband, father, teacher, and pastor.  My dad had many gifts, I would say he was an engineer, mechanic, carpenter, architect all without having the licenses or schooling to perform all these jobs, but above all those jobs, my dad had a specific gift and that was to impact the lives of all those that met him.  My dad was an exemplary man, he was kind, and wholeheartedly loved everyone.  My dad was dependable and beyond dedicated to his work.  My dad was one of a kind.  He’s irreplaceable.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 8, from 5-7 p.m. and on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Iglesia Pentecostal Puerta de Bendicion, 1201 Union St. Schenectady, 12308.  Interment will follow in Parkview Cemetery.
