Middle Grove – Eugenia M. Pawlik, 91, of Lake Nancy, Middle Grove, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 8, 2018.
Eugenia was born in Schenectady to the late Mieczyslaw and Sophia Tryniszewski on August 29, 1927. Eugenia was a communicant of St. Adalbert Church, Schenectady, and St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Rock City Falls.
Eugenia is survived by her children, Diane (Michael) Malik, Bradenton, FL, James Pawlik, Stuart, FL, John (Ann Marie) Pawlik, Guilderland, Camille Pawlik (William Torres), Bradenton, FL, and Paul (Jeanine) Pawlik, Scotia. Her grandchildren are: Ann (Fred) Davila of Derry, NH, Dr. Michael (Sabah) Malik of Raleigh, NC, Melissa (Michael) Koffink of Shelbyville, MI, Rebecca Pawlik and Benjamin Pawlik of Portland, OR, Allison Pawlik and Amanda Pawlik of Schenectady, Joshua Pawlik of Chambersburg, PA, Stephen Pawlik of Scotia, David Pawlik of Schenectady. Great-grandchildren are: Matthew and Tyler Davila, Adam and Hanna Malik, Zachary Koffink and Jariyah Taylor. Survivors include her brother Raymond Tryniszewski and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eugenia was predeceased by her dear husband, Frank Pawlik, to whom she was married 60 years, her brother, Casimir Tryniszewski and her sister, Cecelia Raczkowski.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the DeLegge Funeral Home, 1346 Chrisler Avenue, Schenectady, then to the Church of St. Adalbert at 11 a.m. where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery.
Family and friends are cordially invited to the DeLegge Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m.
